 SoftSwim® C Clarifier is a unique, patented formulation for use in the BioGuard® SoftSwim A, B, C Program which includes SoftSwim A Algicide and SoftSwim B. Regular use of Improved SoftSwim C Clarifier keeps pool water clear and sparkling. SoftSwim C Clarifier should not be used in pools that are on a chlorine or bromine treatment program. This product is not a sanitizer or algicide. To sanitize your pool or for removal of algae, use the appropriate product specifically formulated for these purposes.

Read entire label and use strictly in accordance with hazard warnings and directions.
Consult your BioGuard Authorized Dealer for advice on waer testing and proper water balance before beginning the SoftSwim program.
Spring Start-Up: Before opening your pool for the season, take a sample of your pool water to your BioGuard Authorized Dealer for a complete water analysis. Once your pool water has been properly balanced, add SoftSwim Algicide A according to label directions. Add one gallon of Improved SoftSwim C Clarifier per 10,000 gallons of pool water. Allow the water to circulate for 24 hours. Then adjust the SoftSwim B to 50 ppm. Resume routine maintenance as instructed by the SoftSwim Pool Care Guide.
Routine Maintenance: Once each month, add Improved SoftSwim C Clarifier at a rate of one gallon per 10,000 gallons of pool water to maintain sparkling clear water. With the filter operating, poour Improved SoftSwim C Clarifier directly into the water in several areas around the pool. Allow the treatment to circulate throughout the pool for at least 30 minutes before swimming. (Note: Excessive rain, high temperatures or heavy bather loads may require more frequent additions of Improved SoftSwim C Clarifier. Consult your SoftSwim dealer for additional details.)
Clearing Cloudy Water: Improperly cleaned filters are the primary cause of cloudy water in SoftSwim pools. Clean filter with SoftSwim Filter Cleaner following label directions. (Note: For best results, filter should be cleaned every 6 weeks.) Add Improved SoftSwim C Clarifier at a rate of two gallons per 10,000 gallons of pool water. Use BioGuard SoftSwim Filter Aid to enhance clearing of cloudy water. If the condition persists, take a sample of your pool water to your BioGuard Authorized Dealer for further recommendations.
Winterizing: To winterize your pool, simply add SoftSwim Algicide A and SoftSwim B according to label directions and add 1 gallon of SoftSwim Clarifier C per 10,000 gallons.
