Porcelain Coated Cooking Grids
If you’re using the Large or XL EGG® to cook fish or small foods like mushrooms, shrimp or scallops that might fall through the regular cooking grid, use the 16-inch x 12-inch cooking grid or the 16-inch round cooking grid to enjoy all the benefits of the EGG without being concerned about food falling into the coals. The grids are made of porcelain coated steel and have perforations to ensure the heat and flavor reach the food.

Wok Topper
The 12-inch square Wok Topper fits the XL and Large EGGs and makes it easy to cook cut-up or julienne vegetables, meat or seafood stir frys, chicken tenders or any other smaller pieces of food that might slip through the regular cooking grid. It is made from porcelain coated steel and has perforations to ensure the food will absorb the same wonderful flavor it would on the regular cooking grid.

Cast Iron Grid
For those perfect sear marks on your food, try a Cast Iron Grid as an alternative to the primary Porcelain Coated Grid. The cast iron gets very hot and retains the heat, turning it into a perfect searing surface. Cast Iron Grids are available for the Large, Medium and Small EGGs. A half-moon Cast Iron Grid is available for the XL EGG®. This can be paired with a half-moon Porcelain Grid to retain a full grid.

Vertical Roasters
Vertical roasters will hold a chicken or turkey upright during cooking, minimizing the space needed and ensuring even browning and cooking of the birds. It also makes for easier carving and a spectacular presentation at the table. Sittin’ Chicken can be used the same way as the vertical roasters, but the center holds liquid such as fruit juice or beer to add moisture and flavor to the roasting chicken.

Half Moon Raised Grids
There are several ways that you can configure the raised grid with inserted drip pan. First, use the raised grid only to give you the ability to cook directly on one side of the grill and indirectly on the other side. Second, use the raised grid with a plate setter, which will give full use of the main grid for indirect cooking and a raised grid for vegetables or more meat. Third, use the raised grid with a plate setter and a half moon baking stone, to allow you to bake bread while you are cooking vegetables and meat on the open side of the main grid.

Dual Purpose V-Rack
Our dual purpose V-Rack can be used upright to hold roasts and poultry and can be flipped over to serve as an efficient rib rack that can hold up to six vertically placed racks of ribs in much less space than if they were cooked horizontally. The V-Rack can be used in the XL, Large, and Medium EGG.

Plate Setters
The Plate Setter is used for indirect cooking on the Big Green Egg. It is a ceramic heat shield that functions by providing a barrier between the food and the fire. The design of the Plate Setter (a flat ceramic disc with three "legs") allows sufficient airflow around the surface while preventing the flames and direct heat of the fire from reaching the food. Nothing will contribute greater versatility to your outdoor cooking than adding a Plate Setter to your accessories collection.

Baking Stones
Baking Stones are available for the XL, Large and Medium EGGs. These stones are great for pizzas, breads, cookies, and help to turn your Big Green Egg into a fire brick oven.
