Planning your Custom Outdoor Kitchens

Step 1 : Define your vision, purpose and budget

Vision – Before getting too involved in the small details, think about what your ideal outdoor kitchen will have. Get an idea of what you want first, then figure out the specifics once you have narrowed down what items are musts, preferable and not necessary.

Purpose – Determine your space, take measurements. Will there be a pergola or other covering over your kitchen? If so, factor where the support posts will be. Will you need to run electrical and/or natural gas to the island? Will you need extra space on one side of the outdoor kitchen for a bar stool seating area? Will you need a footrest for the bar stools? Will you be entertaining a few people or your entire neighborhood

Step 2: Choose your Layout and Accessories

Layout – Think about the shape of kitchen that will work best with your outdoor space. Possibly a small straight island, an L shape, or even a full U shape for maximum counter space and prep area. There is no limit on layout, you tell us what you want, we will create it.

Accessories – Once the layout of your outdoor kitchen is complete, choose from our complete line of commercial grade #304 Stainless Steel accessories designed to custom fit your outdoor kitchen. Crystal Fire® Burners can also be built into outdoor kitchen islands. See specifications below for a full list of accessories. If you want something not listed below, let us know and we can add that to your outdoor kitchen too!

Step 3: Choose the Finish

We offer several standard finishes like stucco siding and a Supercast Countertop, or we can deliver a complete, ready-to-finish system that can be finished on-site. Our materials and construction methods are designed to last. For a custom material, tile, or countertop, consult our sales staff. Other materials may include solid granite or granite tile, wood accents, stone, metal, etc.
