I recently purchased a new hot tub and while I did have an issue after a few weeks later I was pleased with how Jeff (Store Manager) handled the situation, and I was very pleased with John, the service. John was very knowledgeable and put some of my concerns to rest. I appreciate a company that backs up their products.”
