Ultra Pool Maintenance Service: $99.00/Week or $129.00/week for 2 cleanings a week

This includes one visit per week performing the above services**.  When temperatures are 90 degrees plus, we recommend you check sanitizer level once between our visit and add sanitizer, if required.  For technician safety, all chemicals must be purchased from Ultra Modern Pool & Patio. A discount of 5% will be applied for all chemical purchases*.

Basic Pool Maintenance Service: $70.00/Week

This includes one visit per week performing the following services. Test & Balance Water*, Empty Skimmer Basket(s), Brush Pool Surfaces, Skim, Clean Waterline, Vacuum up to 30 minutes, and Check and Fill Automatic Chemical Feeders**. When temperatures are 90 degrees plus, we recommend you check sanitizer level once between our visit and add sanitizer, if required. For technician safety, all chemicals must be purchased from Ultra Modern Pool & Patio.

Pool Chemical Maintenance Service: $45.00/Week

The most economical way to keep your pool clear and balanced.  This is once per week, checking chemicals only*. When temperatures are 90 degrees plus, we recommend you check sanitizer level once between our visit and add sanitizer, if required. For technician safety, all chemicals must be purchased from Ultra Modern Pool & Patio.

Ultra Spa Valet Service: $299.00 (recommended every 3 months)

It is standard practice to drain, refill, and clean your spa every 3 months. For Freshwater Salt hot tubs, this service is recommended 1-2 times per year.

Our Spa Valet Service brings the white glove service you need to keep your hot tub sparkling. A Spa Valet Service includes the following: 1) Run Hot Tub Scrub to clean plumbing lines, 2) Drain and clean inside of spa, 3) Clean exterior skirting/panels, 4) Clean filters, 5) Clean & condition cover, and 6) Refill Spa. Customer is responsible for adding chemicals after spa has reheated to at least 80°.

Spa Maintenance Service: $45.00/Week

Enjoy your spa year around as our experienced technicians maintain your spa*. This includes one visit per week performing the above services. Available once a week or once every 2 weeks.
