Asian-Style Grilled Rib-Eye Steak

Smothered in a unique Asian marinade, your taste buds will rock an 11 on the flavor scale. This recipe for Asian-Style Grilled Rib-Eye Steak is full of big flavor!


Asian Rib-Eye Steak
4 1” Thick Rib Eye Steaks


1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
10 Anchovy Fillets, Minced
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Warm Water


In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients, making a paste.

Rub the paste on both sides of the steaks, refrigerate for at least two hours.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees F (medium-rare). Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before serving.

Garnish with grilled baby bok choy and grilled garlic if desired. Enjoy!
