Sip on this smoky and sweet tequila-based cocktail. It combines smoked raspberries, sweet simple syrup and a little acidity for a perfectly balanced drink you’ll be reaching for time and time again. The Barnburner Cocktail is one of our favorites.
0.75 OZ SMOKED RASPBERRY SYRUP
1.5 OZ TEQUILA REPOSADO
0.5 OZ LIME JUICE
0.5 OZ LEMON JUICE

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).
Place fresh raspberries on a grill mat and smoke on the Traeger for 30 minutes. After the raspberries have been smoked, place them into a shallow sheet pan with 1:1 simple syrup.
Place sheet pan on the grill grate and smoke for 45 minutes. Remove from grill and let cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Add all ingredients with ice into a mixing glass. Shake and pour over clean ice. Garnish with smoked raspberries and a grilled candied lime wheel. Enjoy!
